Here you go, let me know if I can help further:

VA defines backlog as claims pending more than 125 days. In September 2009, there were 37,982 disability rating claims pending in the state of Texas. Of those, 14,269 were pending more than 125 days. In June 2011, 70,098 disability rating claims were pending in the state of Texas and of those, 45,530 were pending more than 125 days. On October 13, 2009, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs announced three new “presumptive” Agent Orange conditions – Parkinson’s disease, Ischemic heart disease, and B cell leukemias (including hairy cell leukemia) for Veterans with service in Vietnam. The significant increase in inventory results from the addition of approximately 210,000 Agent Orange claims nationwide over the last 8 months based on these new presumptive conditions.
