CT, DE, RI & TX do not tax Jet Fuel.

Other states may tax jet fuel but there are certain exemptions that may be
allowed depending on how the aircraft is operated. Such as certain
commercial operations may exempt the fuel from taxation.

I write seeking your expertise as PolitiFact Texas checks a claim here
that Texas is the only state that does not tax jet fuel. Can you advise?

Thank you.
