Hi, Megan:  As previously stated, USAID funds may not be used to pay for the performance of abortion as a family planning method, or to motivate or coerce any person to practice abortions.  We do not centrally have information on what foreign NGOs provide abortion services, nor do we ask.   Again, USAID has a robust compliance system in place to ensure that our funds are not used for prohibited activities.
