Here is some basic demographic information from the most recent poll that we did among San Francisco voters in November 2010.  The telephone survey was conducted among 500 San Francisco voters who voted in November 2008 and at least one other election.

Party Registration (from voter sample):  60% Democratic; 10% Republican; 26% Decline-to-State (Independent); 1% Green; and 3% Minor Party.

Ideology (self-identified by voters in survey):  20% Progressive; 30% Liberal; 25% Moderate; 14% Conservative; 14% Don't Know; and 7% Refuse.
