Here is the number of arrests and convictions for
each offense listed under Transportation Code 524.011 over the
last six years. Crime Records says it will take more
time to get a breakdown by county, but could have it by
tomorrow late afternoon.

There were 8,481 arrests for these offenses in
December 2010, and 3,784 convictions. Given the time it
takes to go through the judicial process, it is unlikely that
a person arrested in December would also be convicted in
December, so take that for what it’s worth.
